Our client is currently looking for experienced Field Service Engineers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience running downhole tools such as liner hangers, completion packers, bridge plugs, squeeze packers, cement retainers and coil tubing tools in drilling, completions or workover applications. Primary operations will be North Sea based but travel throughout Europe, West Africa and Middle East will be required to support operational bases.
The responsibilities are as follows:
Supervise the installation of lower open hole completions in vertical and horizontal wells.
Supervise the installation and removal of packers in open/cased hole, vertical and horizontal wells.
Supervise the installation and removal of wireline bridge plugs in open/cased hole vertical and deviated wells.
Generate detailed well site operation report.
Document and report all engineering issues prior to, during and after completion of each operation.
Attend pre /post job meetings with the clients.
This role requires self-motivation, excellent communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to follow procedures.
Must be organized and able to thoroughly understand customer requirements
