Supervise the day to day operations by liaising with the Rigsite Drilling Supervisors providing them with technical advice, ensuring that requirements needed for the rig operations are timely and effectively satisfied.Review programs and procedures for drilling, workover and completion.  Quality check cost estimates, ensure that risks are identified and appropriate measures are in place.Coordinate the services provided by Contractors in accordance with the planned activities and the logistic aspect.Supervise contractor services and proactively emphasize service quality enhancement.Enquire on well problems in order to understand causes and evolution; provide advice and detailed contingency program on most effective solutions and corrective actions, to approve by Group Drilling Manager.
